 Oatly Barista

On a mission to find The One, we kissed many, many milk frogs. We can now safely and certainly confirm that Oatly Barista doesn't replace milk, it beats it!

We're generally in love with oats, which slightly biased our first meeting. But when it comes to what we put in our treasured morning cup, we're not easily seduced. We quickly found that all oat milks are not equal. Most taste rather watery or alter the taste of the beverage. Also, they don't look good in coffee and let's admit it, looks do matter.

Barista is creamy and has a delicious subtle taste that works well in anything from coffee to bread to cakes and crêpes. Authentic French crêpes to be specific, tried and tested by bestie's typically (and understandably, I suppose) snooty French ...uhm, "it's complicated". He found the idea sacriligious at first but finally admitted, after round two, that it's "pretty ok". High praise for the French.

Sustainability

Not just a pretty taste, oat milk is a good guy too! Far better for the planet than other popular non-dairy contenders, such as almond milk.
