Oat Health Biscuits
Ma Nourriture
This bad boy was invented when I went on a (failed) DIY oat milk mission. I didn't know what to do with the milked oats and when in doubt, have a cookie! So I decided to try making a batch of healthy, i.e. sugarless, yet delicious snacks. I rummaged through the kitchen to see what I could use with the oats and found: peanut butter, an egg and some leftover salad seeds (omega-3 "super seeds" - sunflower, pumpkin, sesame & linseeds). With a little cinnamon and some olive oil, they're the perfect feel-good treat!

Swapsies
♡ I used oats to make oat flour instead of white/wheat flour, which can cause problems for sensitive foodies and isn't nutritious. You can also use spelt or almond flour. I buy porridge oats because it's more cost effective. You can use them in various delicious, and nutritious ways. Just use a food processor, blender or nutribullet to make a fine flour.
! Swap eggs for a mixture of water and oil, 3 tbsp each, with 1 tsp baking powder. 🅥
! If you have allergies to peanuts replace with 1 ripe banana mashed.
Omega-3 seeds are meant to be allergy free, but always check the packaging.
