Custard, who doesn't love this delicisousness?
Served warm or cold with cake or without.

Double cream
(203g) 200ml
Oat Milk
(725g) 700ml

(5g) 5ml 1 tsp
Allergens: eggs
Method

First
THE BOILING
In a large pan, combine cream and milk and bring to boil
Next
THE OTHER BITS
2. In a large bowl, separate eggs, and then combine the egg yolks with cornflour, sugar and vanilla.

Then
3. Gradually, combine the hot milk mixture from the pan to the bowl of flour and sugar mix
Lastly, and happily
This is where the work comes in, a real arm workout and some good music
4. Pour the combined mixture back into the pan, over medium heat, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon until a thick custard texture is formed
- Be careful here, as it becomes thick very quickly and then lumps starts to form.
- You have a small window where the thickness turns to lumps

Serve warm, with whatever topping you can think of, we went with dark chocolate
Profitez!
