Biotiful Organic Kefir

I was introduced to the somewhat explosive wonders of kefir at work where Biotiful Organic was their chosen one. Once I'd eased bestie into the idea, she started trying different brands, types and flavours. For a while, looking into the fridge felt like me against the kefir-world. Eventually, her choice was made and neatly aligned with my colleagues' dietary, taste and sustainability preferences. Biotiful became a fixture.

While I'm still open to other options, Biotiful's milk-like consistency makes it a great milk replacement for lactose-sensitive foodies, especially in dishes that call for buttermilk.

On closer inspection, Biotiful has a heartwarming backstory  (who doesn't love a figure skater turned nourishment-for-all warrior?) and the organic version  fits into our definition of positive impact.

Sustainability

The dairy industry wins no sustainability awards. Since avoiding the problem doesn't solve it, we support positive change: local, sustainably pasteur-farmed.
