You know you've come across something really good if you can add it to everything, when it gives you back a lost love (chocolate eclairs in our case).
This rich wonder makes for creamy, sweet stews, curries and remorse-less desserts. With subtle coconuttiness and natural sweetness, it's also surprisingly low in carbs.
