Alpro Coconut Professional
This coconut milk is delicious, creamy, thick. I'm a fan of coconut so I find it a wonderful improvement to coffee, when you're in the mood for a dash of difference!
Alpro professional does it better than most. It's creamier, sweeter and tastier than others, including other Alpro options. And it's a fav for baristas because of its amazing foam art-ability, which makes it relatively widely available and gives a little touch of fun to the start of my day.
It's heavenly paired with hot chocolate and perfect in Thai-inspired dishes, like my coconut prawn curry.
