Fall in love

My food, my nourishment

Eat with Love

I love food. I love eating it. I love cooking it. But for years, it didn't seem like food loved me back. And we all know how awful unrequited love is.

Oh, the pain, the anguish, the .... burping. So so much burping.

It turns out being able to burp the alphabet when I was an overweight teenager was not simply a cool party trick to impress the guys, it was a symptom of my overly sensitive tummy. It instantly announces when something I've eaten doesn't agree with me.

After years of disagreements ranging in severity from mildly embarrassing to intensely painful, one night my bestie, having relationship issues with both her food and her boyfriend, asked me a question that started us on a journey, an adventure....

Searching for, and finding love.

This is our story, which I'm sharing because, like a clichéd romantic, I want you to find love too.

I love bad boys or girls

Grains

Love/hate relationship with sugar, spice and all things nice and comforting?

These starchy tricksters are well-known for giving comfort to the mind and discomfort to the belly. And it's not just the gluten!

I'm in a toxic relationship

Fruit & veg

Being good, eating all your veggies and still getting punished?

Fruits and veggies are not always as sweet and innocent as they seem. In fact, the most wholesome can be the most cruel!
